QUETTA: Chief Minister Balochistan, Mir Sarfaraz Bugti, has said that our brave forces once again made history by giving befitting reply to Indian aggression and crushed its arrogance through sheer bravery and strategy.
CM Sarfaraz Bugti was speaking at a massive public gathering titled “Jashn-e-Fateh” (Celebration of Victory) held in Quetta on Wednesday to mark Pakistan’s successful defense against Indian aggression.
He said that Pakistani forces has shattered the dream of Modi government of becoming a regional power to dictate the other countries of the region, adding that our forces have trampled the enemy’s arrogance with iron resolve.
Bugti emphasized that Balochistan remains the frontline of Pakistan’s defense and the people of Balochistan has always raised voice for Pakistan, and it always will.
He appreciated the Pakistan’s military leadership for their wisdom and bravery and the entire nations salutes them for the timely and befitting response to the Indian aggression.
Regarding the internal situation of Balochistan, CM criticised elements trying to drag the Baloch people into a senseless conflict. The people of Balochistan have decided not to allow any ideology to be imposed through violence. Just as the separatist movement in Kurdistan ended recently, I see a similar end for such so-called movements in Balochistan, CM said.
He termed the ongoing violence a proxy war serving foreign interests, particularly India, adding that the people of Balochistan stand firmly with Pakistan.

Other speakers included Parliamentary Secretary Haji Wali Muhammad Noorzai, Mir Abdul Samad Gorgij, Mir Liaquat Ali Lehri, Malik Naeem Khan Bazai, and political leader Babar Khan Yousafzai, all of whom praised the unity and resolve of the Pakistani nation in the face of aggression.
