CM Bugti Honours Outgoing BPSC Chairman for Ensuring Merit and Transparency

QUETTA: Chief Minister Mir Sarfaraz Bugti has praised the Chairman of the Balochistan Public Service Commission (BPSC), Abdul Salik Khan Yousafzai’s dedication and transparency in the recuriment process.

Speaking at the farewell ceremony held at the Chief Minister’s Office, CM presented a memorial shield to), Abdul Salik Khan Yousafzai, in recognition of his dedicated efforts to uphold merit, transparency, and integrity in the recruitment process.

CM Bugti said that Abdul Salik Khan Yousafzai has set a benchmark for transparency and merit in public service recruitment. His integrity and leadership will be remembered as a turning point for institutional trust in Balochistan.

He also said that under his tenure, the BPSC restored public confidence by ensuring that only competence and merit decide appointments. He leaves behind a legacy of fairness and professionalism.

CM Bugti highlighted that the outgoing chairman’s service has not only strengthened the credibility of the BPSC but also inspired a culture of accountability and good governance across public institutions.

In his remarks, Abdul Salik Khan Yousafzai expressed gratitude to the provincial government for its support and stressed the importance of continuing merit-based recruitment to strengthen public institutions.
