CM Bugti condoles with family over martyrdom of Ata-ur-Rehman

Khuzdar: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti visited Wadh to offer condolences to Mir Naseer Mengal, the father of the late Mir Ata-ur-Rehman Mengal, who was martyred in a recent terrorist attack.

He was accompanied by provincial ministers, senior civil secretaries, and officials from key security agencies.

During the visit, the Chief Minister offered prayers for the departed soul and prayed for his elevation in ranks.

CM Bugti paid glowing tribute to Mir Ata-ur-Rehman Mengal’s political and social contributions, condemning the terror attack in the strongest terms and labeling it a cowardly act.

He stated that Mir Ata-ur-Rehman was martyred while striving for peace and national unity, and that the peace-loving people of Balochistan would forever honor his sacrifices.

Describing him as a brave son of Balochistan’s soil, he expressed confidence that his martyrdom would not go in vain.

He assured the grieving father and brother, Mir Naseer Mengal and Mir Shafiq Mengal, that those responsible for the attack would soon be brought to justice and face severe punishment.

In response, the bereaved family thanked the Chief Minister for his visit and appreciated his efforts towards national harmony and peace.

It is noteworthy that Mir Ata-ur-Rehman Mengal’s convoy was ambushed on Sunday by around 30 armed terrorists riding motorcycles.

The attack led to his martyrdom while his son sustained injuries.
