CM Balochistan pays tribute to police martyrs on Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Police

QUETTA: Chief Minister of Balochistan, Sarfraz Bugti, paid a tribute to the police martyrs, recognized their sacrifices in the fight against terrorism and crime. In this sense, on the occasion of Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Police (Police Martyrs’ Day), the Chief Minister described the fallen officers as the true heroes behind the peace and stability that prevails in Balochistan.

He reasserted that Balochistan’s government places the highest priority on the welfare of the families of police martyrs and remains committed to ensuring they are never left alone in their time of need. The Chief Minister focused on that merely remembering the martyrs is not enough.

Youm-e-Shuhada-e-Police is observed nationwide to honor the bravery and sacrifices of police personnel who have lost their lives in the service of the country. The day serves as a solemn reminder of the price paid by law enforcement officers in maintaining law, order, and internal security.

The provincial government has reasserted its resolve to continue extending support to the heirs of the martyrs through various welfare programs and policy initiatives.
