ISLAMABAD: Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee (CJCSC) General Sahir Shamshad Mirza said that Pakistan has fought the 96-hour war against India entirely with our own resources, adding that Pakistan did not receive any help from outside.
While giving an interview to the British broadcasting organization BBC, the Chairman Joint Chiefs of Staff Committee rejected the rumors that Pakistan has received help from anywhere during the recent clashes with India.
“We relied only on Pakistan’s internal capabilities, the equipment we used is the same as that of India, we have purchased some equipment from other countries” he said.
General Sahir Shamshad Mirza said that earlier there were clashes in the disputed area, which did not reach the international border, this time there was relative calm on the borders and tension in the cities, in the future the conflict will not be limited to specific areas, there is no effective and systematic mechanism to resolve conflicts between Pakistan and India.
