Chakrani tribal resistance intensifies, 6 Fitna al-Hindustan’ militants ‘ killed in Sui

SUI: In a significant development in Balochistan, local tribesmen from the Chakrani tribe reportedly took up arms against militants of the Fitna al-Hindustan Balochistan Liberation Army (BRA), leading to a major confrontation in the Sui area.

According to the reports, the tribesmen surrounded the BRA terrorists, killing six of them in the ensuing attack. The bodies of two militants were recovered from the scene, while the terrorists managed to flee with four injured comrades.

Key Militants Neutralized

Among those killed was identified as the notorious BRA commander, Vishwa Hotkani, who is alleged to be responsible for numerous terrorist acts and the deaths of many ordinary Baloch people. Also reported killed was Mashul Kohli, identified as the brother of another militant, Suri Kohli.

Tribesmen Voice Frustration with Militant Tactics

The Chakrani tribesmen expressed strong dissatisfaction with the BRA’s activities. They stated that the use of landmines and bomb blasts by the group primarily targets innocent Baloch civilians, making their lives unbearable. This sentiment highlights a growing local backlash against militant tactics that endanger the civilian population.

A Sign of Growing Local Resistance

The incident is being viewed as a sign of rising awareness and resistance among ordinary Baloch people against militant groups. The tribesmen have reportedly started an armed resistance against what they describe as terrorists, expressing confidence that this local movement will ultimately lead to the defeat of these elements in the region.
