QUETTA: Two men who were abducted last night from Gulistan Bazaar in Killa Abdullah district of Balochistan have been found dead.
According to Levies officials, the bodies were discovered in the Karez area.
The deceased were identified as cousins, and preliminary reports suggest they were brutally tortured before being killed.
Authorities state that the incident appears to be the result of an ongoing rivalry between two groups.
Investigations into the case are still underway.
It’s worth noting that similar incidents have occurred frequently across various parts of Balochistan, where bodies are often recovered from remote or deserted areas. Some deaths are attributed to people getting lost and dying due to harsh weather conditions, hunger, or thirst. Others fall victim to personal enmities.

In addition, several armed groups operating in the region reportedly coerce locals into joining their ranks or extort money through threats. Those who refuse to cooperate in this regard are tortured or shot to death.
