LAHORE: A powerful explosion occurred near Jamia Masjid Road in Chitkan Bazaar, Panjgur, resulting in the death of one person and injuries to 12 others, including two children.
The blast was so intense that it shook the entire city, forcing multiple markets to shut down within seconds.
Following the incident, security forces, police, and other law enforcement agencies rushed to the scene, sealed the area, and began collecting evidence.
The injured were immediately shifted to Panjgur Teaching Hospital, where three victims are reported to be in critical condition.
The nature and cause of the explosion have not yet been determined.
It is worth mentioning that the Indian-sponsored militant groups like BLA, BLF, BRA and many others have launched many such attacks in the ongoing year.
