BLA terrorists neutralized in attacking government facilities

MASTUNG: The Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) launched a coordinated assault in the Girdap area of Mastung district, which is a brazen act of terrorism where dozens of BLA terrorists involved.

In this sense, the militants blocked the national highway, torched government installations, and set several vehicles ablaze, including an oil tanker.

The attack began when the heavily armed group stormed the area, forcefully shutting down traffic on the main highway, effectively paralyzing a key transportation route connecting central and southern Balochistan.

Furthermore, among the primary targets was the local Levies checkpost, which was set on fire after being overrun by the militants. The attack extended to other state-run facilities, including a NADRA office and nearby government buildings, all of which were partially or completely destroyed in the fire.

In addition, local administration officials confirmed that law enforcement agencies were dispatched to the site shortly after the assault. However, the attackers managed to flee before reinforcements could engage them directly.
