QUETTA: A BLA terrorist was eliminated in the Mand area of Balochistan during a search operation.
According to the sources of security forces , a search operation was launched in the Mand area after an intelligence based reports about the militants’ presence there.
Soon after the operation, the militants began firing from their hideouts in the area on the FC personnel.
An exchange of heavy firing took place and as the result, a prominent BLA militant was killed.
An FC personnel was injured during the operation.
The security forces have started clearance operation in the area and more deaths of the militants are expected to be reported.
It is worth mentioning that Indian has been backing insurgencies and terrorism in Balochistan for the past two decades. So far, many numerous militant groups have been launching attacks or the armed forces, passengers, development infrastructure and innocent civilians. However, the security forces of Pakistan have vowed their resolve to completely eliminate terrorism from Balochistan.
