QUETTA: The Benazir Income Support Programme (BISP) has increased the Proxy Means Test (PMT) score threshold from 32 to 60 in Balochistan under the Benazir Nashonuma and Education Stipend programs.
According to details, the decision taken to include a larger number of deserving families in Balochistan, enabling them to benefit from essential services in education and healthcare. BISP also offering opportunities for vocational training to help them become self-reliant.
BISP officials told media that the decision reflects the government’s commitment to improving access to basic services for underprivileged communities in Balochistan.
