ISLAMABAD: Speaker of the National Assembly, Sardar Ayaz Sadiq, held a meeting on Monday with Speaker of the Balochistan Assembly, Captain (Retd) Abdul Khaliq Khan Achakzai, at the Parliament House.
The two leaders exchanged views on the country’s prevailing political and economic conditions, as well as matters of mutual concern. Emphasizing the need for enhanced collaboration, Speaker Sadiq underlined the importance of strong coordination between the federal and provincial governments to effectively tackle national challenges.
“Resolving the issues facing our country requires close cooperation between the federation and the provinces,” he remarked.

He further stressed Balochistan’s strategic importance, stating, “The development of Balochistan is key to Pakistan’s overall progress.”
