QUETTA: Balochistan, the country’s largest province by area, is witnessing a massive $45 billion investment aimed at uplifting key sectors such as education, healthcare, and infrastructure.
Furthermore, it has long been seen as an underdeveloped region despite its rich natural resources and strategic importance. One of the most important impacts is in the education sector. There are dozens of new schools, colleges, and vocational training centers being established across the province, especially in remote and previously neglected areas.

So far, infrastructure development has also gained substantial momentum. New highways, roads, and transportation links are connecting Balochistan’s districts more efficiently than ever before.
However, local communities are already beginning to see the benefits. Employment opportunities are increasing, poverty rates are declining, and the overall quality of life is on the rise.
