Balochistan Stands Up for Kashmiris on exploitation day

QUETTA – On the occasion of Youm-e-Istehsal Kashmir (Kashmir Exploitation Day) observed on August 5th, thousands of people across Balochistan came out onto the streets to express unwavering solidarity with the oppressed people of Indian Illegally Occupied Jammu and Kashmir (IIOJK).

Citizens from various districts, including Quetta, Gwadar, Khuzdar, Turbat, and Panjgur, took part in rallies to condemn India’s illegal actions in Kashmir and mark the grim anniversary of the abrogation of Article 370.

The rallies were organized by local civil society groups, political parties, and student organizations.

Demonstrators carried banners and placards inscribed with slogans like “Kashmir Banay Ga Pakistan” and “Stop Indian Brutality in Kashmir.”

Participants raised strong slogans against Indian atrocities, demanding immediate international action and the restoration of the rights of the Kashmiri people.

Speakers at the rallies reiterated the historical and emotional bond between the people of Balochistan and Kashmir, vowing continued support for the Kashmiri cause.

They called on the global community to break its silence and hold India accountable for its human rights violations in the occupied territory.
