QUETTA: The Balochistan government has expressed deep grief over a fatal road accident near Uthal in Lasbela district, extending condolences to the families of the victims.
Government spokesperson Shahid Rind said the administration stood in solidarity with the bereaved families, adding, “We share in their pain and grief.”
Rind confirmed that emergency measures were swiftly initiated, with district officials and rescue teams immediately dispatched to assist the injured. Police and rescue workers transferred the dead and wounded to nearby hospitals for urgent treatment.
An inquiry has been launched to determine the cause of the accident. Rind stressed the importance of strict adherence to traffic regulations to avoid similar tragedies.
