QUETTA: The Balochistan government successfully organized the 2nd Hockey Tournament in Quetta, bringing together athletes from across the province and reasserting the role of sports in promoting peace and unity.
In this regard, the event featured six men’s teams along with several women’s teams, marking an important step towards greater participation of women in sports in the province.
The lively tournament not only showcased the athletic skills of the players but also indicated the determination and resilience of Balochistan’s youth. Furthermore, one of the government representatives mentioned that such initiatives indicate the provincial leadership’s commitment to investing in youth and channeling their energy into positive activities.
