QUETTA: The Balochistan government on Tuesday expressed deep sorrow over the deadly bus fire on Quetta’s Western Bypass.
Government spokesperson Shahid Rind offered heartfelt condolences to the victims’ families. “We are deeply saddened by this tragic incident. Our prayers are with the victims and their families,” he said.
Rind said the government is providing the best possible treatment to the injured. “All necessary medical arrangements are in place,” he added.
He confirmed that an official investigation is underway. “A thorough inquiry has started. Once completed, strict action will follow against anyone found responsible,” said Rind.
The Balochistan government also pledged full support to the affected families.
Earlier today, a passenger bus caught fire on Quetta’s Western Bypass, killing six passengers and seven others were injured in the incident.
