QUETTA: Balochistan’s Minister for Industries and Commerce, Sardar Kohyar Khan Domki, has said that Solar panels are being installed in remote areas of Sibi where electricity is still unavailable.
He was speaking at a ceremony on Monday to distribute solar panels to deserving families.
He said the initiative aims to provide an alternative source of electricity to the public despite limited resources, so they can light their homes and stay safe from the extreme heat.

Practical steps are being taken by the Government of Balochistan to resolve public issues. More areas are expected to be included in the solar panel project soon.
The initiative was described as a positive move for the welfare of underprivileged communities.
