QUETTA: The Government of Balochistan has announced major reshuffle in the provincial bureaucracy, including key appointments and transfers across various departments.
According to the official notification issued by the provincial government, Javed Masood Zehri has replaced Tariq Hussain as news Director General (DG) Finance and Accounts.
Similarly, Fakhruddin, formerly serving as Additional Secretary, Chief Minister’s Secretariat, has been posted as Additional Secretary, School Education Department.
Meanwhile, Nadeem Ahmed Sharjeel, the outgoing Additional Secretary for School Education, has been directed to report to the Services & General Administration Department (S&GAD).
Zahid Khan, who was serving as Deputy Commissioner (DC) of Pishin, has been transferred and posted as Additional Secretary in the Chief Minister’s Secretariat. Mansoor Ahmed has been appointed as the new DC of Pishin.
According to the notification, Captain (R) Raja Akhtar Abbas (DC Mastung) and Saeed Ahmed Domar (DC Qila Saifullah) have both been directed to report to S&GAD.

Behram Saleem, previously DC Sherani, has been posted as the new DC Mastung, while Sagar Kumar has been appointed as the DC of Qila Saifullah.
More reshuffles are expected in the coming weeks as the provincial leadership continues its drive for performance-based appointments.
