Balochistan cabinet set for changes amid corruption investigations

QUETTA: Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti has decided to make some changes in the provincial cabinet as several ministers are facing investigations by National Accountability (NAB), Anti-Corruption and other government institutions.

According to the media reports, Health Minister Bakht Kakar, Agriculture Minister Ali Hassan Zehri, Irrigation Minister Sadiq Umrani, along with Zahoor Buledi and Asim Kurd Gello, are likely to be replaced in the provincial cabinet of Balochistan.

Reports further claimed that CM Sarfraz Bugti has also decided to replace all five of his advisers. However, the departments of two current advisers may only be changed instead of removing them completely.

Zarak Mandokhail is likely to be included in the new Balochistan cabinet.
