Quetta: The Balochistan Assembly has unanimously passed a resolution condemning India’s targeting of Pakistan’s civilian population.
The resolution was presented by the Chief Minister of Balochistan, Mir Sarfraz Bugti, in response to India’s hostile actions.
It strongly condemned the cowardly Indian attacks on six civilian areas of Pakistan during the night, which resulted in the deaths and injuries of innocent citizens.
The resolution also lauded the Pakistan Armed Forces for their prompt and powerful retaliation.
Furthermore, the assembly called on the international community to take strict notice of India’s aggressive actions.
Meanwhile Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, while addressing a joint session of Parliament, paid rich tribute to Pakistan’s armed forces for their timely and decisive response to India’s hostile actions.
“I congratulate the Speaker, Members of Parliament, and all political parties. Our brave armed forces responded brilliantly to India’s aggression, turning the dark night into a moonlit one with their courage,” he declared.
The Prime Minister stated that India launched attacks under the cover of the recent Pahalgam incident, yet an FIR was mysteriously registered only ten minutes after the event.
He recalled that while he was in Ankara, he had received news of the Pahalgam incident.
“We immediately demanded a transparent and credible investigation, and expressed full cooperation with any international commission.
