The attackers snatch weapons from the policemen in Quetta

QUETTA: Unknown attackers loot guns and suicide jackets from the policemen in Quetta. A televised report tells that some unknown attackers snatched guns and the bulletproof  jackets from two policemen in an isolated area of Quetta.

The incident took place in Mian Ghundi area on the Mastung Road where two policemen were deputed on the security duty of polio health workers vaccinating children in that area.

Suddenly some unknown assailants arrived there, snatched the machine guns and the suicide jackets from the policemen and fled away on their motorcycles.

The police team arrived there and launched a search operation to find those attackers.

The nearby areas are searched and some history sheeters and informers are being questioned in this regard.

It is worth-mentioning that so far, many such incidents have taken place across Balochistan where some well-organized attacks were carried out not only on the police check posts but also on the check points and the police and levies police stations.

The attackers looted weapons, bullets and even vans from the security personnel.

On many occasions, the security personnel have been shot-dead or even kidnapped by such attackers.

The recent wave of such incidents has raised fears of growing terrorism across Balochistan.

Many such attacks are carried out by the Indian-sponsored militant groups like BLA, BLF, BRA and many others.

The militants not only launch massive attacks on the security forces but also on the civilians and the development infrastructure across Balochistan.

The Indian-backed militants aim unrest , provocation and uncertainty by carrying out insurgencies in Balochistan.

So far some thousands of security personnel and innocent civilians have been killed in those attacks.

However, the armed forces are standing firm with their resolve to completely root out militancy from Balochistan with the help of brave tribes and the people of the province.
