Militancy in Pakistan is supported by India: Atta Tarar

ISLAMABAD: The minister for Information and broadcast Attaullah Tarar says the terrorism in Pakistan is supported by India.

India is promoting the militancy in the entire region. While talking to a ceremony organized by IRS in Islamabad regarding peace establishment in South Asia, the information minister said that Pakistan is playing a significant role for peace in South Asia.

The Hindutva Ideology in India is a great threat for peace. India has intended to sabotage the peace of South Asia.

The power balance needs to be looked at with a different perspective. Pakistan does have the capability to give a befitting respond to any kind of hostility.

Pakistan was baselessly alleged for the Pahalgam Attack. We offered the whole world to sue a credible investigation.

We revealed our narrative on the diplomatic grounds on global level. He went on to say the Pakistan itself is the country that is victimized by the terrorism the most.

Atta Tarar further said that India is using water as a weapon of war. Water is our survival. One cannot compromise on it.

The one-sided dismissal of Indus Waters Treaty is totally unacceptable. The desire for peace should not be taken as our defeat.

He stressed that no durable peace is feasible without resolving the issue of Jamu and Kashmir.
