QUETTA: The Pakistan Army continues effective operations (operation Ghazab Lil Haq) against the Afghan Taliban and Khawarij militants along the Pak-Afghan border, security sources said.
In the latest operation, the Pakistan Army targeted and destroyed a Taliban post in the area adjacent to the Zhob Sector.
According to officials, the operation forced Taliban and Khawarij fighters to retreat from the area.
Security sources said Operation Ghazb-ul-Haq will continue until its objectives are achieved.
Earlier today, the Pakistan Army has continued effective operations against the Afghan Taliban and Khawarij militants along the Tull Sector of the Pakistan-Afghanistan border, officials said.
Security sources reported that Pakistani forces targeted Taliban posts, completely destroying them.
The army said it is taking strong and decisive measures in response to Taliban aggression.
Operations aim to neutralize cross-border threats and maintain stability along the border region.
