Ali Pervez Malik : Digitalizing fuel supply chain will increase transparency

 Sindh, KP dealers warn of strikes against fuel price deregulation

ISLAMABAD: The Petroleum Minister, Ali Pervez Malik, has stated that making the fuel supply system digital is essential to increase transparency and remove corruption.

During a visit to the head office of the oil and gas regulator, OGRA, the minister was given a briefing on their digitalization efforts. He directed OGRA to provide a fair and equal playing field for all companies involved and to ensure strong enforcement of the rules.

The Minister emphasized that OGRA must ensure the petroleum sector remains stable and sustainable.

The Chairman of OGRA, Masroor Khan, assured the minister that the regulator would fully implement government policies and cooperate to ensure the sector’s stability.
