ID cards of more Afghan nationals get blocked

ISLAMABAD: The ID Cards of the Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan are getting blocked by an automatic system.

According to the sources of a TV report, an automatic system has been launched that detects that data of the Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan and their ID cards get blocked.

The TV report claim that the automatic mechanism has blocked 2.5 lac CNICs of the Afghan nationals so far.

The blockage is carried out on the basis of the data collected by the National Database and Registration Authority, NADRA. Such people are directed to visit the nearby NADARA Offices on any objections or reservation after the move carried out by the Pakistani officials.

one lac National ID Cards of the Aghan nationals in Balochistan were blocked on Tuesday

. Moreover, the KP government too had imposed a ban on the Afghan nationals who aim to buy properties and vehicles in Pakistan.

Such moves are carried out following the instruction of Pakistan who has categorically ordered all the Afghan nationals illegally residing in Pakistan to repatriate immediately.

Despite the directives issued by the Federal and provincial governments of Pakistan, thousands of the Afghan immigrants residing in Pakistan are unwilling to return to their country.

Meanwhile, the KP government has reopened the Torkham Border to facilitate the repatriation of the Afghan nationals.

Thousands of the Afghan nationals have repatriated through the Torkham border in the last couple of days.

It is worth mentioning that Pakistan has had a clear stance about the Afghan nationals residing illegally in Pakistan.

Pakistan aims a peaceful and early repatriation of all such Afghan nationals who have been residing in Pakistan for the past five decades.

Such people are advised to go back to their country now and play their role for the development and the stability of Afghanistan.

Pakistan has to keep the matters of law-and-order and national security in KP and Balochistan in view.

Once the Afghan national return to their country, Pakistan will look forward to carry out the development infrastructure, employment, health and education in the remote areas of KP and Balochistan.

Ironically, despite Pakistan’ hospitality, the Afghan nationals have been involved in the acts of militancy, smuggling, drugs-supply, land-grabbing and other serious crimes causing threats to the law-and-order and the national security.

Furthermore, instead of acknowledging Pakistan’s sacrifice of decades, the Afghan government has been backing and supporting the Indian-sponsored militancy in the KP and Balochistan.

The militants-attacks have been launched on the security forces, innocent civilians and the development infrastructure not only in KP and Balochistan but also in Karachi and Punjab areas.

The militant groups like TTP, BLA, Majeed Brigade, Daish and many others have been launching attacks on the Pakistani territory for the past four decades.

Thousands of innocent people have been brutally killed in those militant-attacks. Such militants moved backed and supported by Afghanistan are not a fair return of Pakistan’s sacrifices and goodwill.
