RIYADH: US President Donald Trump has said that he is hopeful that Pakistan and India will maintain ceasefire.
President Trump while addressing Saudi, US Invest Form in Riyadh, said with the help of Pakistan, he arrested a global terrorist of ISIS who was involved in the killing of American military personnel.
Regarding the recent tensions between Pakistan and India, the US President said that he told his friends from Pakistan and India to stop fighting and start trade for the development of the region.
Donald Trump said that he hopes that both the nuclear capable countries of South Asia will maintain ceasefire and will solve the issues through dialogues.
While thanking the Saudi hospitality, President Trump said in his speech that he was very happy to visit Saudi Arabia and thanked the Saudi royal family for their wonderful hospitality.
The US President said that historic agreements have been signed with Saudi Arabia and the visit to Saudi Arabia is historic and successful, and many milestones have been crossed in the past months.

Donald Trump, while announcing the lifting of sanctions on Syria, said that after the fall of the Assad regime, sanctions will be lifted from Syria and after meeting with the Saudi and Turkish leadership, he decided to lift sanctions from Syria.
