According to details, Lieutenant General Muhammad Asim Malik has been given the additional charge of National Security Advisor.
Lieutenant General Asim Malik is currently DG ISI and has previously served as Adjutant General at GHQ, in addition to which he has commanded an Infantry Division in Balochistan and an Infantry Brigade in Waziristan.
