Protest in Gwadar against India, Lynch skeleton of Narendra Modi

GWADAR: The proud people of Gwadar took to the streets on Sunday to protest against India’s baseless accusations against Pakistan in the wake of the recent Pahalgam attack.

During the protest, the citizens of Gwadar symbolically lynched a skeleton representing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. The act was meant to send a strong and clear message to India and its facilitators hiding within Pakistan: the land of Balochistan belongs to loyal Pakistanis, and no external enemy will ever succeed in their harmful plans.

In this regard, the protestors were waving Pakistan’s national flag and chanting slogans in favor of the armed forces of Pakistan. Baloch youth flooded the streets with unmatched energy and determination.

Furthermore, the demonstrators set fire to an effigy of Modi, they symbolically exposed what they called India’s “ugly face” to the world. They declared that every Baloch, every Pakistani, now stands united like a solid wall against any enemy that threatens the sovereignty of Pakistan.

These young men and women of Balochistan are the same who stand shoulder to shoulder with their armed forces, ready to defend every inch of Pakistan, from Gwadar to Gilgit with their blood if necessary.

The protest also carried a deeper message: that the people of Balochistan reject any form of foreign interference and fully trust their own state and military. It was a loud and clear announcement that Balochistan is, and will always remain, a proud and unbreakable part of Pakistan.

The recent tensions between Pakistan and India have added to the already complex situation in the region. However, protests like the one in Gwadar show that the spirit of unity among Pakistanis remains strong and resilient, regardless of external pressures or provocations.
