The security forces have killed 12 Balochistan Liberation Army (BLA) terrorists during a counter-terrorism operation in Balochistan. The reported operation comes amid continued security efforts to counter militant activity in the province.
In this regard, the security forces conducted an operation against suspected militants in the Paroom (Afan) area of Balochistan.
The sources said the operation was carried out following intelligence regarding the presence of militants in the area.

In this sense, on September 4, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR) said 12 terrorists were killed during an intelligence-based operation in Kalat district.
