CM Bugti Hails Forces for Successful Operation in Mastung

QUETTA: Balochistan operation led by security forces in the Mastung district successfully neutralized three high-profile militants, including a commander identified as Naqeeb, utilizing advanced quadcopter surveillance and precision strikes.

Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti commended the security apparatus for their swift and professional response against hostile elements, emphasizing that the timely intervention thwarted major malicious designs in the region.

Highlighting the state’s uncompromising stance, the Chief Minister reiterated that the ongoing Balochistan operation demonstrates the absolute resolve of law enforcement agencies to eradicate anti-state actors and safeguard regional stability.

He further acknowledged the unwavering support of the local population standing alongside state institutions, affirming that every necessary measure will continue without discrimination until the total elimination of terrorism is achieved through this decisive Balochistan operation.

Counter-Terrorism Milestones in Balochistan

Over recent years, security forces and intelligence agencies have intensified counter-terrorism campaigns across Balochistan, executing strategic intelligence-based operations to dismantle high-risk insurgent networks.

These targeted missions have successfully neutralized key militant commanders, disrupted logistic supply chains, and recovered massive caches of illegal weapons and explosives in remote mountainous and semi-urban terrains.

Emphasizing a two-pronged approach combining kinetic precision strikes with socio-economic development initiatives, the government aims to permanently deny safe havens to anti-state elements.
