ISLAMABAD: Pakistan’s military media wing, the Inter-Services Public Relations (ISPR), organised the ISPR Summer Camp 2026, bringing together more than 4,000 students from over 18 stations across the country.
As part of the camp, Riphah International University Vice Chancellor Dr. Anis Ahmad held a special interactive session with the participants.
The discussion focused on Pakistan’s past, present and future, as well as the Two-Nation Theory, which underpinned the country’s creation.
Addressing the students, Dr. Ahmad said the ideology of Pakistan provided the intellectual foundation that united the Muslims of the Indian subcontinent in their struggle for a separate homeland.
He said Pakistan’s Constitution guarantees full religious, social and legal protection to all minorities.
Dr. Ahmad also criticized India’s policies toward minorities. He said the treatment of minority communities had further exposed what he described as India’s “so-called secular” image.
Speaking on the Kashmir dispute, he said Pakistan had consistently maintained a principled and clear position on the issue.
He urged students to study history through research and credible sources and to develop independent opinions based on facts.
Dr. Ahmad encouraged young people to use their abilities to drive positive change and contribute to Pakistan’s development.
The ISPR said the Summer Camp aims to develop the skills of young people, promote national awareness and encourage constructive engagement among the country’s future generation.
