QUETTA: Deputy Inspector General of Police Imran Shaukat visited the Civil Lines police station along with a group of young children, officials said.
Police organised a special educational and awareness session for the children at the station. Officers briefed them on the policing system and its key functions.
During the visit, Shaukat introduced the concept of “red lines” and stressed the importance of respecting legal boundaries.
He said adherence to the law is a basic duty of every responsible citizen. He added that it is essential to instill this awareness in children from an early age.

The DIG described the initiative as a positive step to build trust between the police and the public, especially the younger generation.
