QUETTA: Pakistani security forces successfully foiled a major infiltration and attack attempt by Tehrik-i-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) militants in the Gudwana enclave of Zhob sector.
According to reports, the terrorists tried to infiltrate the area under the cover of darkness late at night.
However, security forces responded promptly and effectively, repulsing the attack and inflicting heavy losses on the militants.
Several terrorist posts were also destroyed during the retaliatory operation.
No casualties were reported on the Pakistani side.
