ISLAMABAD: The Khyber Pakhtunkhwa government has decided to pay salaries to its government employees before Eid.
According to the notification, salaries and pensions will be disbursed by March 16.
Earlier, the Punjab government also announced a major relief for government employees and pensioners ahead of Eid ul-Fitr, deciding to make advance payments of salaries and pensions.
The purpose of this decision is to provide financial relief to employees during the joys of Eid.
In a notification issued by the Punjab Finance Department, it has been stated that all government employees will receive their current month’s salary on March 16 itself for Eid preparations.
Along with government employees, pensioners will also receive their payments on March 16 so that retired individuals do not face any financial hardship.
