Syrian President mentioned that we will provide all possible support and cooperation to Lebanon to disarm Hezbollah.
Hezbollah has claimed responsibility for launching attacks from Lebanon targeting an Israeli military headquarters, alleging that the strikes caused significant casualties and financial losses.
In this regard, the Israeli authorities have confirmed that at least 16 people were injured in the attack, though they did not disclose the exact location of the strikes or the identity of the injured individuals.
In this sense, Israeli officials stated that the injured persons were shifted to nearby hospitals, where they are currently receiving medical treatment.
However, the Israeli government has not provided further details about the nature of the attack, the specific sites targeted, or whether the casualties included military personnel or civilians.
Meanwhile, Hezbollah issued a statement asserting that it had targeted the Israeli army’s Home Front Command headquarters. The group claimed the facility is located in Ramla and is commonly referred to as the Rehavam Base. Hezbollah said the attack was part of its ongoing military operations against Israeli targets.
In addition to the alleged strike on the headquarters, Hezbollah also claimed it had targeted a satellite communications station located in the Haila area of Beit Shemesh.
The attack was intended to disrupt Israeli military communications infrastructure. Independent confirmation regarding the damage or impact of these claims has not yet been provided by Israeli officials.
The reported attack comes amid heightened regional tensions and ongoing hostilities involving several actors in the Middle East.
