CHAGHI: Chaghi Police Launch Major Operation against Illegal Afghan Nationals – Over 250 Arrested and Transferred to Dalbandin Sadar Police Station.
On the instructions of SP Chaghi Muhammad Ali Kasi, SHO Dalbandin City Police Station Abdul Wahid Baloch, SHO Chaghi Abdul Sattar Smalani, and other SHOs conducted a large-scale operation, arresting 285 Afghan nationals.
SHO Sadar Haji Qadir Bakhsh Joshanzai stated that these approximately 285 individuals, arrested in various operations, have been shifted to Dalbandin Sadar Police Station.
They were traveling without proper documents in different areas of the district.
Due to the closure of the Barabcha Gate at the Pak-Afghan border, authorities are facing difficulties in deporting the detainees.
It is not possible to provide food to the arrested Afghan nationals, as the police lack the necessary resources and budget to arrange meals for them.
The government should take steps to reopen the Barabcha Gate so that these arrested individuals can be deported immediately.
