COLOMBO: The Super 8 stage is set now for Pakistan after defeating Namibia in the group match with the massive margin of 102 runs.
Pakistan will play New Zealand in the first match of the Super 8 round of the World Cup on the 21st February.
Pakistan’s second match will be played on 24th February against Sri Lanka whereas the Gren Shirts will play the third and the last Super 8 round match against England on 28th February.
The win against Namibia was a crucial one for Pakistan after their defeat against the arch rivals India on Sunday.
However, Pakistan came out aggressively on Wednesday and set a massive target of 200 runs.
Namibia were bowled out on just 97 runs allowing Pakistan to enjoy a massive win.
