JACBABAD: In Jacobabad, the Station House Officer (SHO) along with 7 police personnel have been accused of allegedly raping a young girl.
According to Geo News, the allegations involve the SHO of RD-52 police station in Jacobabad, along with 7 officers including the Head Moharrir.
The woman (complainant) has alleged that the SHO, Head Moharrir, and five other personnel sexually assaulted her granddaughter.
On the other hand, Sindh Interior Minister Zia-ul-Hassan Lanjar has taken notice of the incident and sought a detailed report from the SSP Jacobabad.
A three-member investigation team headed by the DSP Thal has been constituted to conduct a thorough inquiry into the allegations from all aspects.
