QUETTA: The Balochistan government has announced hundreds of new recruitments based strictly on merit and transparency.
Chief Minister Balochistan has stated that 111 positions in the Finance Department will be filled purely on merit through a transparent process.
All recruitment for these 111 posts will be conducted online. Chief Minister Sarfaraz Bugti said that the online test, interview, and issuance of appointment letters will all be completed on the same day, with appointment letters issued within one hour of the process.
He added that this recruitment system will be implemented in phases across all government departments.
According to him, every stage of selection will be based on competence and transparency.
The testing process will be completely paperless, reinforcing the government’s commitment to merit and transparency as the foundation of its governance.
The Balochistan government stated that this initiative will prove to be a major milestone in upholding merit, assuring the public that corruption will not be tolerated and government jobs will not be sold.
