ISLAMABAD: The Federal and the KP government have strongly condemned the militant-attack on the FC Headquarter. The Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif, President Asif Zardari Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi and the KP government have condemned the militant-attack on the FC Headquarters in Peshawar and have praised the bravery of forces.
In their separate statements, the three leaders have hailed the bravery and valor of the armed forces who successfully neutralized the militant-attack.
The spokesperson of the KP government has said such cowardice attacks are not acceptable. Militancy cannot never be tolerated.
The Prime Minister Shahbaz Sharif said that our brave armed forces are standing firm against the militancy.
He urged the KP government to provide the injured persons with complete medical treatment.
President Asif Zardari paid a tribute to the armed forces over their quick response to counter the militants.
He said that the Khawarij are launching attacks with the backing and the support of the foreign handlers.
He further said that the elimination of the militancy, which has the external backing, is our topmost priority.
Interior Minister Mohsin Naqvi also condemned the attack on the FC Headquarters Peshawar.
He said that our soldiers are our national heroes. There sacrifices will never go in vain. He paid a tribute to the martyrs of the incident.
Governor KP also said that the people of KP are proud of their brave armed forces.
Meanwhile the spokesperson of the Lady Reading Hospital in KP said that the injured persons are being provided with all the necessary treatment.
He further said that persons sustaining injuries are beyond danger now.
The BRT service has also been restored in the area.
It is worth mentioning that the Fitna al Khwarij launched an attack on the FC Headquarters.
A suicide bomber exploded himself on the gate while the remaining two militants attempted a forced entry inside, however, both the militants were eliminated by the forces.
Three FC personnel embraced martyrdom and 10 civilians sustained injuries.
