DOHA: Arshad Nadeem of Pakistan has won the gold medal in the Javelin throw contest the Islamic Solidarity games.
According to details, adding more to nation’s pride, Arshad Nadeem has won the gold medal for the second time in the Islamic Solidarity Games.
Arshad made a throw of 83.5 meters to grab hit title for the second time in the history of the Islamic Solidarity Games.
Mohammad Yasir of Pakistan won the title of Silver Medal by making a throw of 76.04 meters.
It is worth mentioning that Arshad Nadeem had also won the gold medal in Olympic games last year.
Arshad’s success is a matter of a national pride and another fabulous moment in the history of sports for Pakistan.
While talking to media after his matchless success, Arshad Nadeem said that he is thankful to God for his special blessings.
The Pakistani star said that his success was the result of the prayers and the good wishes of the Pakistani people.
He also greeted his family members and his die-hard fans over his success.
Arshad Nadeem has been consistently performing for Pakistan for the past four years .
The Sahiwal’s lad has now two Asian gold medals, two Islamic games title and an Olympic title as well.
Arshad Nadeem stunned the world in his first appearance four years ago when he grabbed a silver medal staying marginally behind India’s Neeraj Chopra in an event.
However, since then, Arshad Nadeem has done a matchless work on his fitness which ensured his success on the world-level.
Arshad Nadeem is also running an academy in his home town aiming to produce more quality javelin throwers for Pakistan.
