TLP Tickets holder announce disassociation from party

Multan – Tehreek-e-Labbaik’s former tickets holders from South Punjab have announced their disassociation from the banned organization.

The announcement was made during a press conference led by Hussain Babar, where the former ticket holders officially declared that they no longer have any affiliation with the group.

Hussain Babar and other participants stated that Pakistan has already defeated India on the battlefield, yet Tehreek-e-Labbaik announced protests at a time when the country’s circumstances were unsuitable for such actions.

They said that by calling for agitation during this sensitive period, the group strengthened the enemy’s agenda.

The leaders added that the TLP’s long march caused damage to the country, emphasizing that while the enemy could not defeat Pakistan’s army on the battlefield, it is now waging a proxy war against the nation.

They further noted that the long march was announced while Pakistan was already engaged in conflict along the Afghan border.

According to them, Tehreek-e-Labbaik’s actions have consistently benefited hostile elements.

The former leaders condemned the violent protests that led to destruction of property and the martyrdom of several police personnel.

They also accused the organization of spreading false narratives about the deaths of hundreds of workers and running provocative campaigns.

They revealed that even foreign extremists have expressed support for Tehreek-e-Labbaik.

The former ticket holders made it clear that they have no connection with TLP and will not endorse any narrative or activity that goes against Pakistan’s national interest.

It is worth mentioning that the protest was carried out by the TLP a few weeks ago during the border strain between Pakistan and Afghanistan.
