CM Bugti lauds security forces’ timely action against terrorists in Kachhi

QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Mir Sarfraz Bugti has lauded the police and security forces for their timely and courageous operation against terrorists in the Bhag area of Kachhi district.

Paying tribute to the martyred Station House Officer (SHO) Latif Ali Khosa, the Chief Minister said his bravery, sense of duty, and sacrifice will never be forgotten. He also prayed for the swift recovery of injured police constable Muhammad Azam and conveyed his best wishes to him and his family.

CM Bugti said the police and security forces have laid down their lives to ensure peace and stability in the province. “The brave sons of Balochistan continue to play a frontline role in defeating the nefarious designs of the enemies,” he added.

He emphasized that operations against terrorists reflect the state’s authority, public confidence, and unwavering commitment to peace. “This war will continue until the complete elimination of terrorism, and the enemies of the province will be brought to justice,” he declared.

The Chief Minister reiterated that the sacrifices of the martyrs are a source of pride for the nation, assuring that their families will never be left alone. He described the police and law enforcement agencies as the true architects of peace in Balochistan, whose courage will be written in golden words in history.

On Monday evening, unidentified armed men attacked government buildings in Kachhi district. During an exchange of fire, a police officer was martyred while one of the assailants was killed.
