JAFFARABAD: In a move to address public concerns directly, the Jaffarabad district administration organised an open court in the Ramzepur union council, following the directives of the Balochistan government.
The event was chaired by Deputy Commissioner Khalid Khan and was also attended by FC Lieutenant Colonel Rizwan Tayyab and other senior district officers. The forum provided a platform for local residents to voice their problems openly to the officials present.
Deputy Commissioner Khalid Khan used the opportunity to listen to the public’s issues and immediately directed the relevant department heads to work on resolving them. He assured the community of the administration’s commitment to their welfare.
“We are trying our best to take the best possible steps in the interest of the people,” stated Mr. Khan. “We will never let the people remain under problems. Steps will be taken on a solid basis to solve their legitimate and basic problems.”
He issued a firm instruction to all department heads, emphasising that addressing the complaints raised was a top priority. He stated that delivering government services and initiatives to the public is a primary responsibility, and no compromise on this duty would be accepted.
