Open court session scheduled in Chaman to address public concerns

CHAMAN: The District Administration of Chaman has announced that an open court session will be held on Monday, September 22, 2025, at 11:00 am in Zhura Band.

The session will be presided over by Deputy Commissioner (DC) Chaman, Habib Ahmed Bangulzai, in the presence of senior officials from various government departments.

In this regard, the initiative aims to provide a direct platform for citizens to voice their concerns, mention local issues, and present constructive suggestions for the betterment of the region. Tribal elders, religious scholars, political leaders, community representatives, and the general public of Chaman and surrounding areas have been invited to actively participate in the session.

The open court will serve as a bridge between the government and the people, ensuring that grievances are heard and practical measures are taken to resolve them.

The DC and concerned officers are expected to note down the challenges shared by participants, ranging from basic civic amenities to broader developmental needs.

The administration focused on the fact that such sessions are a vital part of participatory governance, where citizens have the opportunity to contribute directly to decision-making processes.

The platform not only helps in identifying pressing public issues but also allows the government to receive firsthand feedback on service delivery.

Furthermore, the Deputy Commissioner urged community members to attend in large numbers, stressing that meaningful participation by the public will enable the district administration to align its policies with the genuine needs of the people.

He assured that the government is committed to addressing difficulties faced by residents and will continue to strengthen cooperation between the administration and local communities.
