ISLAMABAD: Mehlab Baloch, who was manipulated into militancy, are being cited as evidence of how young girls are being driven into the blood-soaked paths of insurgency. Officials argue that such tactics are designed to rob the province of its bright future and entrap its daughters into a cycle of violence.
In this regard, the question being raised across national platforms is clear: Are Baloch daughters destined for terrorism, or for education and a brighter tomorrow? Civil society, educators, and community leaders are calling upon families in Balochistan to resist the false promises of separatist groups and instead invest in the education and development of their children.
The security and political analysts have strongly rejected the narrative being promoted by Mahrang Baloch, head of the Baloch Yekjehti Committee (BYC), warning that her activities and leadership are aligned with the agenda of outlawed groups, particularly the Baloch Liberation Army (BLA).
Mahrang Baloch and her organization have been consistently engaged in anti-state activities, including efforts to glorify violence and discredit national institutions.

On the other hand, the state institutions have reasserted their determination to support Baloch youth with scholarships, skills programs, and job opportunities, underlining that peace and progress cannot be achieved through guns and bombs but through knowledge and opportunity.
