KARACHI: Chairman PPP Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has strongly condemned the incident in Balochistan in which a woman was killed on the name of honor. The couple reportedly eloped after their love marriage. But the relatives of the woman recovered her and she was shot-dead in front of a huge mob.
The PPP chairman Bilawal Bhutto Zardari has condemned the incident. In his statement , he said that Islam permits women to marry with a person of their own choice. Any such act clearly violates the teaching of Islam. He further said that PPP always advocates women rights and any such act of brutality is not permissible by Islam, law and social values. No one can kill a human , particularly a woman for the reason that they have married a person of their own choice. The PPP chairman said that the incident shows that the society is influenced with no bearing. Such incident come more out of frustrations.

He demanded that all those who committed such a crime should be held accountable by the law.
