QUETTA: Balochistan Chief Minister Sarfraz Bugti has taken strict notice of a disturbing video circulating on social media, which shows the brutal killing of a man and a woman.
In this regard, he has directed law enforcement agencies to conduct a swift and thorough investigation and to immediately arrest all those involved in the heinous crime.
The provincial government’s spokesperson, Shahid Rind, mentioned that the Chief Minister has instructed authorities to urgently determine the location of the incident and ensure that the perpetrators are identified and brought to justice without delay.
Chief Minister Bugti, while condemning the act, said that such barbarism is completely unacceptable and an attack on human dignity and societal values.
He stressed that no one will be allowed to undermine the writ of the state, and those attempting to take the law into their own hands will face the full force of the law. The spokesperson also stated that the government is treating the matter with utmost seriousness.
Shahid Rind urged citizens to assist the authorities by providing any information that may help identify the individuals shown in the video.
