QUETTA: FIA Commercial Banking Circle Quetta has arrested an accused involved in hawala hundi and illegal currency exchange in an operation conducted in Quetta.
According to details, in the ongoing operations an accused involved in illegal currency exchange was arrested from Kandahari Bazaar Bukhari Center Quetta. The arrested accused has been identified as Naseebullah.

In the raid, Rs. 140,000, 1760 Saudi Riyals and 1500 Afghanis have been recovered from the accused. The accused could not give a satisfactory answer regarding the recovered currency. The accused had been doing illegal currency exchange business for the past one year. The accused has been arrested and an investigation has been launched. FIA officials say that a crackdown is underway against the accused involved in hawala hundi and illegal currency exchange.
